At 2: 12 chairman and secretary of commission 10/03 came to DEC. While handing over the electoral document it appeared that there was no stamp of the precinct electoral commission.
Chairman Tamazyan announced that they packed the seal of precinct election commission together with the individual stamps of commission members and put in in one use bag and for that they signed

At 4:00 the chairman and secretary of commission 10/ 28 came to DEC. While handing over the electoral documents it appeared that there was no stamp of the constituency electoral commission. Levon Ghazayan announced that they packed the seal of constituency election commission together with the individual stamps of commission members and put in in one-use bag and for that they signed
At the same time it was announced that 816 used majoritarian envelopes and 815 used proportional envelopes are not placed in the one-use bag. The envelopes were packed by the commission and fixed to the bag with the PE paper.
At 4:20 the chairman and secretary of commission 10/ 17 came to DEC. While handing over the electoral documents it appeared that 553 used majoritarian envelopes and 553 used proportional envelopes are not placed in the one-use bag. The envelopes were packed by the commission and fixed to the bag with the PE paper.
In protocols of proportional election of Electoral Constituency 10/05 the chairman has made records in the column 2 in the additional lists of electors by mistake, instead of making records in column 3.

While accepting the stamp, when it was opened and it turned out that the rubber number is missing from the PE mold of the stamp. The chairman of commission announced that the number is 1050. Chairman James Stepanyan announced that it came off during packing the used envelopes, when No 10 TEC was being stamped. However the stamp was not found.
At 5:00 o’clock the chairman of 10/02 arrived at TEC, while submitting the electoral documents, it appeared that there was no stamp of PEC.
At 5.00:00 o’ clock the chairman of PEC No arrived. While handing over it turned out that stamp issued by TEC is missing. Andrieasyan Vahe announced that they put the stamp in the bag together with the individual stamps by mistake, for that he signed.
At 5:30 chairman of commission No 10/18 came to TEC, during handing over the electoral documents it turned that the individual stamps are not in the bag.
At 5:50 o’clock No. 10/05 commission arrived in TEC, undefined sample envelopes with ballots were cancelled and put in the bag.
10/07 stamp is in the bag.
During counting PEC 10/07 it turned out that 2 proportional ballots were received.
10/08 the minutes were signed by 5 members
