I am fully aware of the emotional state of the person when it comes to the threat of losing his property, and cannot notice an authority to protect his legitimate interests. The situation does not differ from tragical situation if it concerns all his property and not part of it.
In past years, hundreds of residents of the Community Kentron turned to be in the similar difficult situation: the formulation of public priority benefit has become a verdict and they have been deprived of their homes without receiving adequate compensation.
Any reasonable person understands how devastating such a verdict is for law-abiding and innocent citizens, and it is obvious violation of right of citizens, a phenomenon missing from the civilized world.
In your specific case, dear owners, delay in the construction is unacceptable; violation of the terms of the property alienation agreements causes your anger. You note that company assuming contractual obligations only dug a hole over the past 4 years and did not carry out any construction work.
Up to now I could and I must support morally those RA citizens who had lost their property or are still facing the threat to lose it, then in case of being elected a MP I can and I am obliged within my powers of MP to support your position distinctly and protect the legitimacy of your interests with distinct position and demand. The property of the citizens of the Republic Armenia shall be immune, this is my credo.
